Here is the happy group pic, taken presumably months before KC's sad demise. Butchart, Curran, Ellman-Brown, Paterson, Rawson, Jarvis, Jon Brent, Pycroft, Zeihl and Hogg:
Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
I have always wondered how Vince Hogg's relationship with the cricketing community was affected by the rebel saga.

380. This man could have played alongside Vince Hogg for his native country, but he scored excactly 0 runs and took 0 wickets for Rhodesia before making his name as a solid all-rounder at FC level elsewhere. Who is he?

Need more clues?
Here is one: He played both Currie Cup and County cricket.
And here's another: His FC debut came in his only match for Rhodesia, where he played alongside some famous names like Colin Bland or the Pithey brothers.

Another clue: He was born in Bulawayo ... and tragically passed away long before his time a number of years ago.

Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
Ok, final clue from me: Our man has, as I've said before, played county cricket, but he has never played for an English FC county. Does that help?

Interesting article about Vince,
http://www.espncricinfo.com/zimbabwe/co ... 38954.html
I believe he held a world record (I stand to be corrected) for facing the most number of balls in a FC match without scoring a run when Rhodesia were batting for a draw in a Currie Cup match. I once saw this info in an old Guiness Book of Records, if memory serves me correctly.
