Under the Masakadza ruling, you are able veto Welch as a veteran as he hasn't represented any other domestic FC teams in the last 10 years.

Understandable. Once we opened the Pandora's box with Shingi's veto, we knew we would be in trouble with either Regis or Welch. The Rhinos did not give us an opportunity to go for Regis, so Welch it was. Anyway, good luck to the young lad, and as his dad says, hope he has a long career for Mashonaland (and Zimbabwe )
