ahh glad I didn't use my last pick for Neville as though a veto may be used, however I think in Jongwe and Mupawira the Tuskers have the bowler who can bat a bit option covered

Well, that was on the cards, but we went for it nonetheless. We are not having much luck poaching from outside, probably because this years team is already good enough to win the Logan Cup :)

Currently he averages 10 more with the bat than the ball. We hope this excellent differential only improves under the new Rhinos administration.

Indeed, this has been real fun, but a draining exercise :). I need a long break from ZCF after we are through with this to get myself back into real life :D

We go for our last national player pick to compensate losing Madziva, by retaining Timycen Maruma for his loyal and gallant efforts at Mountaineers regularly over the years at domestic level. Hope he continues his good form for us.

And for all these draining efforts and endless strategic offline discussions between foreignfield and myself, we have only managed to retain most of the Mountaineers squad so far and added Mutumbami. For an outsider, it would not even look like an activity that has taken any effort, looking at the results ;)

Really should have been picked up before Round 8, Maruma. I just felt that my national team bias was affecting things.
