Wild guess from me: I think it's Mutare (going by those mountains in the background!)

Yeah Kwekwe. I just got confused between these two cities. Mutare was Burmester's dream and he has really worked hard on maintaining this ground. Ah it's picturesque too.

Well, I think it is time to answer this: The man in picture is none other than the CEO of the Westerns Franchise, Stanley Staddon.

Here is a recent interview of his, from The Zimbabwe Telegraph, and that is where I found this photograph. There is a piece of news there, which we might have missed...
He hinted that they were close to getting Robin Brown the former national team to coach the franchise in the city.

“We are 90 percent close to the deal. What is left is to secure him accommodation in Bulawayo,” said Staddon.
So, Robin Brown would most likely be coaching the Tuskers. This must be very good news for them indeed.
