[quote="jaybro"]The Currans, Welch and Byrom probably think they have a shot of playing for England ......[/quote

What do you mean think? Of what I saw of Sam Curran the other night on Sky, he'll play for England by the time he's 21! He's notoriously a class batter, yet his bowling was just eye bobbling. Byrom seems to be scoring runs for fun and Tom Curran is ripping it up on the County Championship scene. All have a shot in the future if they keep on progressing the way they are doing.

Weybridge play in a very decent league, so the standard will be pretty decent.

2 fifties for PJ not too bad I guess but needs more to claim a national team spot .....

Although as a keeper he doesn't much more to beat out Regis or Richmond .....

It's raining sixes in Devon this summer :) . Malcolm Lake who plays in the same league as the big Bully is also having a good season, averaging 58 with the bat and 14 with the ball.

Cephas would make a good additioj to the T20 team. So talented but hardly thinks at all.

Im a bit suprised to see Byroms success there. Never thought he was that great. Took far too long in the middle, but I suppose he has the right mind and would work very hard !

Sam Curran will 99% sure play for England...really the one that got away.

Mambo is at University at Stellenbosch for another 2-3 years. Good player though.

Im not sure if Malcolm Lake will play cricket professionally as he seems to be studying to be a big time lawyer.

Dyaln Nel and Brandon Diplock coming back from England to attempt to make a franchise side. I presume Eagles. Play criclet suggests they have both done pretty well over there.

Hopefully Campbell has put plans in place to make the club and franchise season a success this time around !
