Thanks eugene . He is Shane Cloete, a wicket keeper batsman from Mashonaland. Here's his Cricinfo profile, but you woudn't find much info from there anyway. He is also a ZCU level 4 qualified coach, according to this.

I agree the face is not clearly visible, but if you are looking for a clue, he was someone who had extravagant follow-throughs for most of the shots he used to play, no matter how simple the shot was. That's why the pic above looks so majestic, as though he is dominating the attack.
