Shall I take that for an answer? Or are we waiting for someone else to spell out the other three quarters of the name :)

Well, looks like you have been targeting some Cecils of late. Before Googly comes up with another grimmer outlook for the future of Zimbabwe Cricket, let me confirm the answer as Cecil Grimmer :)

He's adopted a bit of Aussie accent too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YluerimgtEM

Correct. The b/w photo is again taken from Jonty Winch's Crickets Rich Heritage.

Here's a scorecard from a Mashonaland tour to Ireland where he had a decent all-round performance: http://cricketarchive.com/Archive/Score ... 78832.html

I've been trying to get a copy of that but don't think any prints are available...

This has some really interesting names. Nigel Hough, and the other guy we recently featured here, Trevor Reinders who also ended up down under with a business, and the Russian spy Ziehl...

I got it from my local University Library which owns one of only two copies available at libraries in Germany. Lucky me :D

There are used copies for purchase via Amazon; but Amazon India has it listed as unavailable. Most copies seem to come from one source in SA: http://www.chapter1.co.za/?CLSN_2911=14 ... rch=Search Don't know if they are shipping to India, though.

482. Who is this bowler who drifted away from cricket after a promising start to his FC career?

483. This photo is more of an excuse to ask a question than a question about the photo; the quality really isn't that good. I could ask you to identify the former Zimbabwe Test player in the photo, but I am more interested in the captain of this school XI, a year older than our Test player and a FC cricketer of moderate distinction himself.

A clue: He still lives in Zim, and his offspring has recently been another victim of cricinfo's spelling troubles; cricinfo is also unaware of the relation (but this time I am 100 % sure).
