Tawanda Bidi has been described as quick on this forum, let's hope he gets a game. :)

The guys on these lists who havent played senior cricket yet are basically club cricketers from either Midlands/Mas-West, Manicaland or Bulawayo. I guess they have been training with their respective provincial sides. I'd be surprised if many/any get a game at FC level, and even more surprised if they have much success.

Why aren't guys like Trent Jayden Schadendorf and Ryan Murray getting into the FC squads?

Well Schadendorf is still at school, and Murray is just finishing school. Probably don't have time for 4 day matches/training/etc. With Murray will depend if/where he is going to Uni.

It's unlikely they put their hands up for a franchise slot. It's equally unlikely that any franchise made enquiries as to whether they would be interested. If they were contacted I would be surprised that they would want to play a week before Christmas. They will probably not be in the country next season. I'm not sure which is the worst of these scenarios, but none of them are good.

Agree with this. Definitely isn't 100% the fault of franchise selection.

Still think the Goats are farming too much talent !!! Look at their fast bowling stocks Chatara - Tiripano - Shingi - Nyauchi - Masinghe - Mupunga - Blessing Muzarabani .....

And they have 4 decent spinners Mufudza - M'shangwe - Wellington - Kamungozi

They even have depth in the batting and especially with no international cricket ahead these young guys will struggle to get a game .....

Only 8 white players including BRMT that means there's only 7 white guys available for selection ....

Where has Diplock and Bowie gone ?
