Mashinge and Sauramba - Being blocked at the Mountaineers with two senior allrounders Masakadza and Tiripano the reason being that a junior cannot be picked ahead of the senior players.

Chirimuuta- Is in line for selection . he prefers to play One day cricket and statistically had no average in the 2016 season, had a great Englabd Stint. For those with doubts check his youtube videos . Gary has been told to shed at least 5 kilos and prove his fitness

Joylord Gumbie- Not trusted and perceived as being flakey . Has pulled out of key club games in the Vigne Cup , and ZPL thus not selected to play for the Eagles.Attitude may destroy him

Jongwe- Too much Alcohol , Drugs and Prostitutes have destroyed Jongwes career . Has become a bodyBuilder which has wrecked his cricket body.

Callum - Focusing on farming and landscaping. Best swing Bowler in Zimbabwe bags of Vigne Cup wickets would need a solid contract and may need to do some serious fitness work to be on the selectors radar. But a true talent

Chikomba /Munyede - Blocked by the Two Pakistan imports at the Eagles should prove themselves in march when they leave for the UK.
Can you post the link for the Youtube videos of Chirimuuta.

In regards to Chikomba i spoke to the skipper of Cockham Dean CC where Herbert played in the summer and they said he was out of his depth compared with the previous players they had (Mamhiyo and Mufadza).

Someone who was hitting 140+ regularly in flaccid wicket of UAE, giving tough time to Afghans , cracking a spell of 5/6 and an incredible hitting ability. Could have been better then Mire. He should have bern taken proper care by ZC.
If the stories about his off field habits are true then you are talking rubbish, Jongwe should have taken proper care of himself

All stories are fake, unfit players can't represent domestic cricket. he has been ignored for chigumbura
Robo to rule

I remember we were guessing at some point that all these scorers who live score the local FC and List A games for Cricinfo are non-existant ZC stooges who just put up random updates to give a feeling to the outside world that proper cricket is going on there :)

Anyway, here's an "Alternative Fact": Move over Sir Garfield Sobers, the best all rounder the game has ever seen is Elton Chigumbura. If you don't agree, you don't exist.

It would be so easy to make a fake domestic scorecard because the players are pretty predictable.

Chari... duck
Ervine... top scorer
Cremer... 4/20 + half century
Vitori... 5/30, with a few top order wickets
Dabengwa... just put him in the scorecard somewhere because he always gets selected
"Innocent Chipunza"... a believable sounding Shona name to make it seem like someone debuted

etc

Oh, so you are looking at a Tuskers vs Rhinos match here. Rhinos can obviously field an all new XI once in a while, so account for that too. Remember when Ronnie Chokunuga appeared in a List A match as skipper on debut with 10 other debutants vs the Rocks? Umpires would be IDontKnow Chabi and Russel Tiffin (how is it even a Zimbabwe match without Russel Tiffin officiating - and getting some decisions horribly wrong?)

Who could forget

And remember given it's the Rhinos, you could also sneak in a, say... "Andrew Jones", which is not only believable (and totally worthy of an epic backstory of how he smashed all of the schoolboy records at St Johns but was inexplicably excluded from national age group trials so went to study at a South African university for a few years) but will also cause ZCF to go bananas and declare him the best emerging talent since James Bruce or Steven Trenchard or Steve Marillier...
