Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
If we can't chase 250 or so against Afghanistan at our home ground we don't deserve to win the series.
Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
anything above 220 is bonus for them ..we could have chased only till 220 i feel anything more than that is out of our reach unfortunately
Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
Good challenge for the Zimbabwe batsman. Hopefully Ervine scores big today
Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
we were chasing 238 runs in the second ODI lost by 54 runs ..but today's pitch looks comparatively good
Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
It's raining at my house, so this is going to be rain affected somehow. Damn.
That last missed run out opportunity by Chatara was bizarre.

Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
253 is not a huge total. So if rain does play a part it should work in our favour. We should just bat conservatively for the first 10 overs and make sure we don't lose any wickets.
Re: 5th ODI: Zimbabwe v Afghanistan
Does the fact we took 9 wickets help when D/L is working out the score we're chasing ?
