These young lads have a lot of potential but I think they need more game time most of these lads havent even played First Class games. Mutombodzi is a testimony of how much of a difference some first class cricket will have on a player. Perhaps its an issue of these lads trying to balance between High School and cricket but all the same lets hope they have taken a few lessons from this Youth Series.

Yes, really well done to the lads on this win

They've hard a really tough time against a top rated Pakistani side and to come back and win this game shows that they have a lot of spirit, very good experience for the upcoming trip to Bangladesh and then the World Cup.

Said at the start of the series that 1-2 wins would be a good outcome for us - glad to see the boys didn't let me down!

Batting's been the disappointment this series - the Zimbabwe Collapse™ is still alive and well at U19 level, unfortunately - but that can be worked on, and the win should be a good morale booster for the guys to head off to Bangladesh with.

I'm hearing Pakistan just pulled out of a planned U19 series with Kenya - wonder if ZC will seize the opportunity to help our African cousins out and schedule another series for our guys.

This side is going to have played a lot of ODIs by the time the world cup is over. I can't remember previous Zim U-19 sides getting as much game time as this. Remember that at U-19 level, playing Pakistan and away to Bangladesh is almost as tough as it gets. England's U-19 side are in Bangladesh at the moment, and the home side would be hot favorites.

Stev Chimhamhiwa seems to have the knack of taking wickets albeit very expensively. This normally indicates a wild fast bowler. Does anybody know anything about him? I see he is in the tuskers squad - let's hope he get's some game time.
