What happened to ZCF?

You have a Pakistani running ZC, and he can't even secure Pakistan A, but managed to piss off India for you?
:? Other than that, the rest was already on the ICC calendar before he arrived, with CSA reaching out recently - out of desperation - for a 4 DAY TEST at that! Outside of that he's done nothing else besides spend more money on nothing.

Yet no one, not a single person here's first reaction is to question him?

So much junk opposition that Zimbabwe have faced, and the only strong side Zim have hosted is SA Emerging, in between useless fixtures in England?

I don't think I've seen so much mediocrity, and so many people turning a blind eye to it.

CSA just fired Haroon Lorgat for something that will eventually make loads of money for SA. I'd like to see the bill that has been racked up by the Pakistani since he arrived, as well as a breakdown of what he spent it on, and the costs of the player committments they made recently.
All very good points made.
But big changes to a system will take time, I suppose.
The fact the Pakistan Tour is now off is one hell of a blow. Things are certainly heading in a slightly better direction, but the fact remains that attaining fixtures still appear to be our greatest hurdle.

Zimfan1, have we been given a reason as to why the tour's been cancelled? Any news who might replace them? (if at all)

Pretty disappointing match here the young guys really missed their chance to stake a claim for a spot in the side.

It’s funny how some people here are continually calling for the head of Williams, Ervine, Hami, Cremer etc then when they don’t play Zimbabwe get flogged. Twice by the Dutch and this time an under strength Dutch.

I’ve said this a million times but when the ‘big noters’ Here on the forum call for the likes of Cremer, Willy, Hami or Craig to be dropped they need to come up with a replacement. Recently I did a report on Willy and the guys who could replace him and there was no one even close to putting up the stats to do so. This game proved Zimbabwe is not ready to move on from these guys just yet.

South Africa is across the border, and there's a 98% chance that the Boxing Day Test will go on. ZIM can tour SA in preparation for WI and a play a top select XI of the 3 day league.

For now they should focus on the Logan Cup, and EVERYONE important must play, including the mercenaries :D

Worrying news that is sounds like the Pakistan "A" may be moved back a few weeks but fingers crossed it will be before the two West Indies tests.
Why not Make it after the west Indies tours...
They is no cricket in November
