The bare minimum we can ask of waller is to atleast bat out till stumps, but that equally sounds far-fetched as well.

Middle order spots being wasted while poor Vusi Sibanda looks on.
Vusi's 17 average in the middle order across formats would really help chasing 430.
We can;t be having the discussion all the time.

Vusi averages 25 since Zimbabwe resumed Tests. That's more than Malcolm and marginally below Williams. Except Vusi has had to open the batting exclusively.

You would have to be extremely desperate to argue against Vusi averaging 30+ from the middle order. It's common sense. NO way Regis who averages 27 would be a better Test middle order bat than Vusi. But Regis averages higher than Williams over that period.

Have faith. I rate him enough to be able to do a job with BT.

Everybody slating Williams, the guy is still a class above the rest. He's just out of form here. It's test match, lets not throw the toys out of the pram just yet.

And Waller absolutely tonks the ball through the covers as I type. Come on lad!

Don't know how many last chances we have given Waller. This really might be it

I don't think it's possible to block them out. The pitch is misbehaving at least once every 7/8 overs and its only going to get worse..You will eventually get lined up..

Really missing Tiripano this game. I know I always say he isn't potent enough but wow we could have really used that extra batsman. That first innings collapse is where we lost this game

Zimbabwe seem to be pressing on. Dealing in 4s. Seems its all or nothing at this point run rate3.3

An assault by Waller is probably our best route to victory. These two have to add another 100

Have no choice but to score as many runs as possible before that new ball.

Require 188 runs to win, and the new ball is 7 overs away. No doubt Bishoo will have one last say before that new ball is due.

After that it'll be a swift fall!
