We lose that session. Spinners will need some wins in the evening to draw us back to level

We're looking very toothless. Not having Chatara and Panyangara is killing us here. Keeping Waller in is absolute insanity - as I've said before. Nothing against him personally, but he has not played well for some time now. Straight swap for Burl would have made more sense.

I think Muzarabani could have got a go too, instead of Bobby who has a terrible average.

My prediction - West Indies will pile on 550+

We'll then fold in the 2nd innings and be out for less than 200.

Looks bleak.

I agree. This is what will happen.

One of our commentators admitted/claimed that the RS bowling attack was the strongest in our league. I find that astonishing. Then surely they should have picked one of their seamers? Burl deserved a chance ahead of Waller, that was a big mistake.

Where's the last time Bobby took a wicket in tests ?

I'm sorry but in tests, he's not the option. The bowling choices were madness.

Waller deserved another shot as he has been playing well before this series.
Sadly, unless he pulls out a miracle second innings, his times up.

I think the track is taking turn. If Cremer and the squad of part time spinners bowl well they should restrict them.
That’s the other thing- they knew the track would turn, why not pick another specialist spinner?

Yup. Good point Googly - if you've prepped a spinning track pick a specialist spinner. It's logical.

The thing for me is, our resources are very limited - selections have to be spot on just for us to have a remote chance of winning.

This extreme levels of favoritism has to stop or we'll never be able to field our best XI despite getting stronger with more personnel available and with domestic season showcasing talent. Streak can't forever keep picking Mpofu and Regis now that his infatuation with Chari is done for the time being. Waller doesn't seem to be getting into the as anyone's favorite, so at least I expect him to get the chop for the next test.

Zimbabwe Tracks behaving like Asian Spin friendly track, its not a good sign specially for the Qualifiers in 2018 as Asian Teams will be tough to handle in spinning pitches
