Kind of. As usual. But you can't blame him when the next highest score in the team was 16!

Luke jongwe has the potential to bowl @ 140km/hr and bat @ 9 . Get him in the team

I would would take a hideously out of form Williams over an in form Waller. Then again there is times when you could take an empty seat over Waller and not really feel any loss at all

Really do not understand what they see in Waller. Much rather Burl over him.

I rate him in limited overs cricket.
I think he can bring a lot, but it's just a shame he doesn't perform a much as he should. Having said that, he's usually gone in with few overs to go in limited overs games

Waller is actually pretty shithouse lets be honest.
Williams is a less shitty Waller
Obvious pick in my opinion

Angelo Mathews back as captain of SL. That will bring some calm reassuring leadership from the chopping and changing madness they had over the last year or so. With some consistency in selection, they could get back to their glory days sooner than expected. In fact, this series could be exactly what they need to get some confidence back. If that is the case, it won't be good news for the other two teams.
The more I think about it, the more obvious it becomes that we need a tearaway opening knock from Mire to stand a chance of winning anything in this series.

A less shitty Waller?
Williams is still one of our best players I don't know what everyone is talking about

Waller was brilliant against this same opposition less than a year ago and he’s copping it . Yes he’s a complete walking wicket in the test arena , but his odi form of late has been very handy and can change a game Down the Order if he gets going. People are going to disagree but the shorter formats suit his attitude and style of cricket , who knows he might fail and I look like a tool but on past performances he deserves his spot in the side. I also agree with sloandog , Williams has been average of late but with that his bowling has increased and he is still in the best 15 players inside Zimbabwe , no argument it’s fact.

I agree that Williams is one of our better players, but I feel he needs some time away. There has to be some consequence for extended periods of poor form surely? The biggest concern with Williams is how he gives away his wicket so cheaply.
