Wow what a master class from Zhuwao. I dont think there is a Zim Batman that can do that against any opposition. This Bully should be in the T20 team at least.

131 in 52 balls with 13 maximums is very difficult to ignore. Problem is this Zim setup has their favourites. They will find every reason not to include Cephas but every reason to include a failing Waller or Moor.

Taibu talked about centuries now the guy has this century plus that 260 in the same season. Let's see what happens.. The truth is that Mire PJ and Waller are all hit and miss just like Cephas.

Don't know what's going on with Burl and Tari...

I think people should just relax a little bit. Burl and Tari have played one innings and showed that they can bat in the short period they were there.
It's just one knock, with four more to come..

What it does show is that the guy has some ability. If it was as easy the maybe Burl and Would have actually made some runs as well but the failed were Zhuwao performed effortlessly. Will be an interesting series for the lad.

I knew this would happen. Zhuwao would score big and raise people's hopes about his abilities. Zhuwao is a good bully, but international class he is not. He is probably the same calibre as Piet Rinke.

I think he has far more ability than Rinke.

I have heard a lot of people on the ground day he is not international standard. I honestly don't think Mire is too with the shots he was trying last week but he can be destructive on his day. I don't think Waller is too. What I don't get is why we can't just give him a chance then if he really isn't good enough it will show and we will move on. We have given Waller almost 100 international games and he is still there.

It's the issue of picking favourites that frustrates people. The selection policy just isn't the same for everybody. If you don't pick Cephas then drop Waller as well.

Zhuwao has been a lot more consistent this season and the one before it than he used to be earlier. It does seem like he has worked on his game. He followed up his monster innings of 265 in the Logan Cup with 131 off a mere 52 deliveries, which probably goes to show that his double hundred wasn't really a fluke. I think he deserves a go in the UAE series especially when Waller and Moor still make the first XI regularly despite being so inconsistent with the bat.

You can’t ignore that innings, he needs to be on the next plane.
