When that self doubt creeps in it’s ugly. Guys swap coaches (we clearly don’t have that luxury), tinker with backlifts, set-ups and triggers, practice harder, take a break, duct tape kit to the roof... all kinds of weird shit. It’s an unkind and often unfair game. When you play as few games as we do what’s considered an understandable slump in other countries is often career defining here.

Check out George Bailey’s new set up. Truly bizarre, and some long explanation about his back foot needing to be at right angles so he stays side on. I’ve been scratching my head about that all morning because he’s not actually doing what he says he is.

Mavuta is simply too erratic. I hope he doesn’t play for Zim anytime soon, he needs to work on his accuracy, as he bowls 2 long hops an over, generally. His sudden rise has also seen him grow a massive head apparently, too. Tari doesn’t have that much talent, but has the work ethic. Burl has the talent, but doesn’t work as hard as Tari.
   Gosh, you are funny :D .

Burl has what and Tari has what? :)

Burl looks like a grafter to me. I don't know if thats what you call talent.

Anyway Burl should be playing the shorter forn of cricket for the national teams, I said this a long time ago and some call me out for being a white basher. :D

Worse this was against a an evidently very weak attack. Inexcusable. Inescapable.
Why are you speaking to me like I’m some little pip squeak? I know these guys and have watched them play for years, even through High school. I know their games, so stop trying to look high and mighty, for no apparent reason. Burl doesn’t coast through but doesn’t have a work ethic anywhere close to Tari, most don’t to be fair. Burl has a lot more natural talent though, and I’m sure Googly could attest to that, having probably also seen them bat at school. Burl was incredible.
