Scoring 30 off 30 at that stage of the game is not a great knock in the context of the game. Gave the other guys coming in no time at all to get a feel of the conditions. I'm not blaming him. He played to the best of his ability. He is not a t20 player at all. Doesn't look like he has a big shot in him from what I saw. I blame the team selection.

If you sacrifice the t20s to cut costs because you want to take your preferred players on tour then you better win the ODI series. No excuses from here on. They pick their guys then they better take responsibility if they don't get the desired results. I already knew we had absolutely no chance in the t20s.

Cephas the Greek may well have tonked a few Sixer's in the dying overs. Bad selections all round.

Trust me when I say Burl can smack a ball. I recall him telling me T20s were his thing.
He’s played a few odis , a few T20s and his strike rate is laughable , I rate the kid but it seems he is not very capable at international level in the shorter stuff . Really would like him to be but there are players who deserve his spot more than he does

Not minnows anymore actually , they have test status and have been recognised and respected by the icc as well as cricket fans around the world .

Another woeful performance from our batters, we were never in with a shot of winning - we were always going to fall 20-30 runs short. Our bowlers have been delivering, it is time for the batsmen to step up. When was the last time our batting unit performed well as a unit? Tour of SL? Today we lacked any coherent plan - waiting till the end and hoping to get 12 an over off Rashid Khan does not count as a plan.
