Well done lads, one wicket to get. Great to see Williams fit to bowl.
Everybody keeps going on about NRR, and this team will hope this team beats this team etc, but all we need to focus on, is winning..
That's all we need to look at doing. Keep it up lads, we've done fantastic so far. Very refreshing to be able to say we've had a three match winning streak

Good win this. By a decent margin as well.
Shame Rath couldn't get his ton. He played well.

Yes exactly - if we just keep winning then NRR doesn't matter. We want our destiny to be in our own hands.sloandog wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 2:30 pmWell done lads, one wicket to get. Great to see Williams fit to bowl.

We still have the highest NRR among all..We are progressing quite well TBH.

Not sure why people were nervous about Hong Kong, this was always going to be an easy win. Scotland will present a bigger challenge but we surely enter as favourites.

As it now stands, its a 4 horse race between WI-ZIM-IRE-SCO and may still come down to net run rates.
2 teams will enter the S6 round with 4 points, and the other two with 2 points. Presumably there will be a number of teams tied on 6 points when the dust settles and will need to be seperated on NRR. Or is head to head the primary tie breaker?

Very confident of us making the world cup , only team who really worries me is the windies and even they are very beatable. Just need the middle - lower order to click and we will be fine . Bowling worries me a bit but with the return of Williams I have confidence in this team . Loving the openers and the quick starts they are giving us , allowing hammy and Taylor with all their experience to control the middle overs of the game. Hope Jarvis can produce some of his best when it matters and set us up for another word Cup !
