I'd say:
ODI: South Africa V Zimbabwe 1999 CWC
Test: Pakistan v Zimbabwe
T20: Zimbabwe v Australia or ( Even though they didnt win) Zimbabwe v England T20 CWC 07. They showed great fight in that game, so i'm putting that down aswell.
