These squads just show how terrible the organisation is. There is no uniformity on squad numbers and no structure. How is a squad of 32 players meant to get decent game time in our shortened and terrible domestic structure. It hampers player development particularly if they go with squad rotation. It's no wonder that our players struggle when it comes to making that step up.
