Ya a good outcome here might be sharing the points, is that how it works?

Surely, how can it not?

Ok guys I have just done some amateur armchair weather research.

It looks as if from 3pm it gets heavy until 6pm. So at 3pm or just after the game is done.

Time is nearly 1pm. 1-3 (more so 1-2) the weather will be at its lightest.

The longer Thai rain delay happens. The better in my opinion. We may only have 1 hr of playing time left.
Bangladesh’s hope is chasing a revised total in 20 overs

They decided a world cup by who hit the most boundaries. Wouldn't put it past the ICC geniuses to have the coaches have a sumo fight to decide group games.

I find it interesting (without seeing the ground) why this game has not restarted. Like my earlier post this was the time to strike for a result if that’s the intention.

Just added it to my iPhone. This explains it.

Also, with lightning, isn’t there a mandatory off field rule following a strike? There is a 45 min mandatory postponement in juniors.

What's more interesting to me is that it might rain the whole week :o well at least the last game for us is against Scotland but this means anything is possible. The real loss is getting the Scotland game washed out. For me personally I think shortened games favour us more from the get go because we are a naturally aggressive team. Would definitely take a T20 against Pakistan instead of the full 50

If play restarted right now, and they needed 138 off 20, would you take the chance now?

I’m spamming now, but weather seems to have changed rapidly.

Not sure why play hasn’t restarted. It’s good though.

The covers are still on at the JB Marks Oval, but it looks unlikely that the Bangladesh-Zimbabwe game will restart.
From the ICC. Looks like 1 point each.
