The thing with speed is most of our 120+ bowlers can bowl 135 and even 140 if they want too.
However it’s not a speed they can control and lose line and length.
A bowler in my mind should be measured in the upper of their consistent pace.
Streak would bowl 50% of his deliveries 125-128, 35% at 128-135, and the rest slower balls or ballls that touch early 140s.
So for me, Streak for me is a 135 bowler. Streak could do 145 but it’ll get belted most likely as it would be wayward.
