Hmm. Ryan Burl. I’m not too sure anymore to be honest. It’s going to be a tough journey back into the team for him. I’m not going to lie but he needs some time out. Wesley is a kid so he can be excused but not a 26 year old who has honesty lived off his reputation so far.

Well in spite of the batting woes we lost that in the first 8-10 overs where we were a mess with the ball

This is a specialist format. It looks like ZC will be streaming the domestic stuff this time round. If they are then I would like people to see for themselves how far somebody like Maruma can hit it. Those are the kind of players needed here otherwise we will never qualify for a World Cup.

We only need 2 anchors , BT and Williams. Everybody else should be able to hit it far. The guys I can think of immediately are Raza, PJ, Kamunhukamwe, Maruma, Zhuwao and Marumani. Mavuta is also a decent player in this format. Mpofu is also quite decent when it comes to mixing it up. Those are the kind of guys needed. I’m sorry the other guys just won’t get us there. I hope against Pakistan at home we try these guys out

Zimbabwe simply doesn't have a team for T20s. They need to focus a bit on this format. They wouldn't have got out of the prelims had they been playing in WT20 this year.

I will maintain that Zimbabwe's test and ODI sides are better than Afghanistan and Ireland.
Zim has around 17 T20Is this year so surely they can only get better from here
Yes that will be good going into the T20WC qualifier at the start of next year.

We lost..but we reached to 150. We need to do more practice in T20.

BURL must be dropped from here. He is continuously getting fail in batting. Taking 1 wicket does not deserve him to be play. He is lack of confidence and mismatch in T20.

Mavuta is much more better then Burl. Even moor is also superb.

Give chanse to Shumba or Prinse or kasuga..they deserve. Even mutumbami is also not required.

They bowled very well, good line length and handled death overs.

Zim bowlers only believing in speed which also below par. in T20 , controlled bowling with variations are required. Yorrker for fater is great wappon.

Bad, very bad bowling changes by Williams here

The West Indies and Afghanistan have literally built their teams around guys who can hit it far. You need world class nudgers to constantly find the gaps . Our guys (Williams Included) really struggle to get going quickly

A foreseeble result: AFG T20 is climbing notches to enter in world top eight nations.
In T20 ZIM can hardly do more now.

I was Ryan Burl to succeed to badly, as he honestly is a gun batter. What's worrying me now is that he appears mentally weak and I actually don't see where his runs are coming from
