Telent vs Product
Sorry to start this topic as new discussion.
Please do not judge anyone fast or on early basis.
If Evans, Moor, Maruma, Kaia or anyone perform consistent in more then 10 odi or more then 5 test(10 innings) then only they deserve place in national team othewiae let them play more domestics and let them improve their stats.
Samething with bowler also as they need to be consistent in atleast 10 matches. They must have different bowling variations.
Remember and never forget, TRLENT will not work at international level but PRODUCT only works.
Pakistan have many telented playes same with Endlend also. But India and Australia have well finished products from domestic level.
This is said by mohd Hafeez from Pakistan and many more international cricketers are agreed with him
Please reply whether you are agree or not??

Re: Telent vs Product
Zimbabwe don't have the luxury of grinding out a finished product like India and Australia can do. We play 6 FC games a season and a handful of LA matches. So no, I don't agree

Sorry for bed/incorrect English. Please avoid it.
Now fact is different. Zimbabwe is now capable to generate well finished products. Money issues are almost resolved.

Re: Telent vs Product
As Sloan has pointed out, Zimbabwe don't play that often, not even the domestics, although yes, things seemed to have Improved in the last year or so.
I think Zimbabwe should focus on retaining talent and getting back some of the players lost, if possible. The results will eventually show if they get good game time.
Zimbabwe's resurgence won't happen overnight, it will take time and again i think the most important part is not to lose talented players to England or Australia or any other country.

With that kind of spelling, you are more Zimbabwean than you think chetan
Re: Telent vs Product
I’m just surprised he nailed ‘variations’ and ‘discussion’ and the players unusual names but made a meal out of ‘England’.
A true Zimbabwean would have messed the names as well.
I’ve lost count of how many ‘Brandon Tailors’ I’ve seen written.
