Will bring youths into the game as they are performing , the regulars hasen't done well. Out of 82 games, there is only 18 wins and 62 loss with 23% win, its best time for some change.

Burl last 6T20Is matches only 122 runs, 2 wickets. He will be in Squad, but not in Playing XI as his batting has not come good. If Shumba or Jongwe fails Burl come in, Pakistan are good players against Spin, idea should be to offer them seam friendly green pitch, to have some good results in T20Is.

I think 122 runs from 6 T20Is is not that bad specially when he comes in to bat at number 7 plus he can bowl few economical overs and he is easily the best fielder Zimbabwe have right now, took some very exceptional catches. I think you do not follow Zimbabwe cricket that much. I would not blood 5 to 6 rookies in the playing eleven specially against top team like Pakistan, you can do that against lesser known teams but not against Pakistan, it is like throwing these young lads in the deep water to sink

Burl definitely going to be in the T20 XI - probably not even up for discussion tbh. He's probably going to remain in the next Test XI too with Raza injured.

This young rookie Tadiwanashe Marumani must be in the upcoming T20Is against Pakistan. He really can hit the ball and score briskly. Mutsamba and Chivanga, one of these two medium pacers also deserve to have a go against Pakistan in the T20Is.
