Host board has to pay for it and I remember seeing the costs for it are astronomical. Unviable for Zim really. Ridiculous really - ICC should fund it.

For sure. I follow them and the other small European nations quite a bit. Probably a good 20-30 years until they are capable of being 'hve competetive' with Pakistan in a Test match though!

Surely I m aware of it. And with the advent of cricket to be included in Olympics., nations like USA Germany China can have decent sides of cricket.
The issue with them is no money to work out for cricket at moment. With the news cricket may get a look into Olympics there be good possibility we see these nations competing current cricketing giants
