This is actually pretty tough for Chakabva to keep for nearly 150 overs and virtually open. Would have been better off at 5, but can't help it.

Host board has to pay for it and I remember seeing the costs for it are astronomical. Unviable for Zim really. Ridiculous really - ICC should fund it.

Tino is wasting his time in the comm box. I think he would be a world class video analyst. Do we even have one?
Re: 2nd Test | Zimbabwe V/s Pakistan | Harare
I think BT might be the only person in the system currently who has more FC centuries than Chakabva. He looks more comfortable than the openers. We might be playing him in the wrong position. We just need a keeper to step up

For sure. I follow them and the other small European nations quite a bit. Probably a good 20-30 years until they are capable of being 'hve competetive' with Pakistan in a Test match though!ZIMDOGGY wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 1:33 pmAlthough I doubt this guy knows it, but Germany are actually being tipped as the next big emerging cricket nation because of the influx of Pakistani and Afghan refugees that flooded the place a few years ago. Surely I m aware of it. And with the advent of cricket to be included in Olympics., nations like USA Germany China can have decent sides of cricket.
The issue with them is no money to work out for cricket at moment. With the news cricket may get a look into Olympics there be good possibility we see these nations competing current cricketing giants
