If anyone thinks thsi is 50/50 you are kidding yourselves.

How lo have you guys been supporting Zim for?
You should know with a virtual B side batting out there what’s going to happen if BT fails.

We'd have taken 8-300 at the start of the day after losing the toss. We definitely let them get too many and should have held them to 220. We can always fall over for 140. But in terms of the bowling vs bd batting the day was pretty square

Could not follow much of the action yesterday, but looks like another stellar show by Blessing.

Given that we have such a horrible looking batting line up and BT not in great nick in this format for a while, it would be a miracle to still be in the game at the end of day 2. Let us hope for it though. Time for Myers to do a Masakadza on debut.

On the other hand, I was probably the only one who ran a #KaitanoMania here, so, happy for his debut :)

I don't think many would agree that 8-300 on a greentop with a fast bowling quartet would be easily digestible. 220 was on the cards and even 220 might be a competitive total if the pitch refuses to flatten out.

Tiripano & Ngarava released the pressure of Bangladeshi lower orders followed by Shumba & Kaia's part time spin.

Out of two wickets of Tripano, Liton Das gifted his wicket, Mehidy's wicket was of good ball, but it was batsman's error.

Bangladesh should have been folded around 210

Was wondering... for Maruma to get picked in the XI, this is the current unavailability status right?

Middle order:
Williams (isolation)
Ervine (isolation)
Raza (injury)
Burl (injury)
Musakanda (injury?)
Moor (absence)
Wes (yet to show worth in longer format)

BT, Regis, Kaia, Myers and Shumba are also ahead of him and are already picked anyway.

And for Kaitano to get picked:

Opening:
Kasuza (injury, could slide down pecking order soon too)
Prince (injury or genuinely lower down the pecking order now?)
Chari(genuinely lower down the pecking order now)

So, we are in a really bad state in terms of bench strength and we know that already, but this is massive bad luck to be so badly hit. Or stupidity, if Williams and Ervine did not follow the protocols.
