Come on Kaitano! A debut half century at least and cement your place in the team. This is the opportunity for someone like him to stake a claim at shaky top order.

Genuine question on Kaitano, because I've seen plenty of people actively wanting him in the team; did I miss something? Averages 24 and never scored a first class century. Have only seen him play about twice so maybe I've just missed something? He doesn't seem good enough on paper.

Not to bring doom but Kaitano not looking confident. Walking wicket.
How does a guy in his late twenties averaging 22 in a poor Zim domestic cricket setup, get a test cap?? Are there any standards at all?

Kets hope shumba can occupy the crease for up to 1.5 to 2 days to help us salvage a draw. Theres no way we are winning this

It seems Kaitano cant handke Taskin's pace bowling. He will get LBW or bowled out by the end of the session

Kaitano hasn't done much but other opening options are limited.

Shumba looks solid with his defense, very clear about what balls to be left and what balls to be played. Hope he redeem himself for the dropped catch with a fine knock.
