If I was Chamu I would be embarrassed. He is the national team captain and can only make the Emerging side. In saying that, it's not fully an emerging side with so many senior guys in the squad.

The quicker Chamu steps aside as captain and from the team the better.

Chamu and Chari in Emerging squad 🤦‍♂️

I'll be interested to see if some good pace bowlers and spinners are coming through from these emerging players. Batting is still good.

I don’t think he is anymore. If he was, he would be ineligible for this tour because of the Irish tour.
I think this is a Andy Waller quietly stepping back out the back door hoping no one notices kind of thing

I seem to be the only one who doesn’t mind Chamu (or Richmond or Chari) being in this squad. Clear now that they are all way out of the first team picture.

This is a proper young squad and there’s a high chance they will get thrashed by a full strength Namibia. Having a couple of older heads in there is good.

If anything, at least Chamu and co should know how to deal with losing and bouncing back after all these years :D

Isn't Harry Streak supposed to be a serious batter?

Looks like Connolly and Wolhuter (Falcon) and Bawa (St George's) all currently playing club cricket in Gloucestershire.
