I'll say this about Namibian Cricket, they seem to be well organised and have a system where they give young lads a chance early. Erasmus is an excellent player for example, but he's been playing now since he was very very young. They had a fast bowler around 2014 called Davison who was raw and fast, came straight out of school cricket but just couldn't get it right.

Point here is that they have a strong feeder system from their school system. Their main issue is that they go from school cricket to international cricket, without FC system to help or A tours. They'll only get better and better I reckon

My hopes on Chivanga being our next frontline bowler keeps decreasing day by day.

Well no, that's what I'm saying. If you'd have read what I just posted you'd have appreciated they've had a system in place for almost 9 years which is now starting to bear fruit. Coupled with a few south african expats and the class of Craig Williams and Viljoen, they're getting there.
It's not happened over night, it's taken a while

They are not strong nowhere, they played brilliantly in the t20 qualifier and also defeat SA emerging too. And also this zimbabwe squad not strong as Namibia even if zim squad have some 'Test ' played players.Every members in this forum knows how badly the players playing. They are not in the good form.
The full strength team of namibia is thrashed the weak zimbabwe side.

The truth is you are very happy to see zimbabwe defeat rather than winning :)

No few of the members giving excuse of defeat as third string Zimbabwe side with 7 international experienced players.

If you taking this defeat as excuse then you are putting Namibia & Zim in same level.

Shame  Zim with 7 international experienced players getting hammerd by Namibians
Be fair. It’s our third XI getting beat by what is very close to Namibia’s first XI. Away from home.

At least it’s made you happy though! We know how much you hate Zimbabwe and enjoy celebrating every loss!

Our national team captain is in the side. We have players in the side who have played at the highest level against some of the biggest nations.

This is no third XI because it is an emerging side. This is the side who make up the national side, or are meant to be knocking on the door of international selection.

The beating they are getting is shambolic.
