Ervine makes domestic cricket look so easy.

Chibhabha is in form :(

Yup there is a good chance Chamu gets a recall at this rate. He has been scoring for fun all season.

It's also good to see Ervine pitching up and playing. For a whole new franchise too. Shows he has a bit of hunger left in him

Marumani listed to bat at 7 😭😭

Also Welch due in at number 6. I think he’s batted somewhere similar in red ball County cricket but I’m surprised he isn’t a place higher?

The Eagles line up is too long and I have no idea how K-long keeps getting games.

Ya they’ve given him a rookie contract. Great stuff, now let’s hope they actually pick him in the XI at some point

That is a really poor Rocks bowling line up. Ervine could be on for 300.

Disappointing day overall for the Test Hopefuls and younger players around the league, whilst a couple of war horses shone.

Kaitano, Burl, Tari & Byrom (even though he’s not available) all fell within the first session for the Rhinos. Although Jono Campbell continues to do good things, another fifty for him.

The standout players for the day were Ervine & Carlson plus of course Chamu. I’m not convinced Chamu will get recalled, the middle order for Zimbabwe is super stacked right now and let’s face it, Chamu is 36.

Tiripano again did well, but again annoying to see Kasuza out for duck, considering Innocent Kaia seems to be in Australia and Prince Masaurve wasn’t even selected, who knows who will open for Zimbabwe in Tests!!!

Obviously lots of water to go under the bridge before then.

I watched a bit of the stream when Magodo was batting, he appears to have something which many of our domestic guys do not. Excited to see how he develops. Batting with Compton will be very good for him.
