Ali Frost is a much much much better player than he used to be. Must have been working hard in England/Ireland.

Madande last week now Mutumbami this round both scoring hundreds, can Marumani emulate them? He’s 13* at lunch.

Hoping to see Wes find some type of form today too,

Good to see Mike Chinouya still taking big wickets!!!

Played against him regularly in school cricket 20 years ago! He was at Kwekwe High and was bloody fast. The rest of their team was shit and he single handedly won some games for them against us

Should have played more for the National side I thought. Both he & Rainsford were a great opening bowling pair for the Rhinos, maybe the selectors at the time didn’t like driving out to Kwe Kwe?

Absolutely. Rainsford was at my school but a year or two above me. He bowled rockets!! Had such an amazing record in domestic cricket but always underwhelmed in internationals.

Rhinos are crumbling, 4 down now.

Failures for both Byrom and Naqvi. Not the best season for Byrom so far, only averaging just above 30. Seems bizarre that he was picked ahead of Carlson unless he has gone home early.

I remember his ODI debut against India in 2013. There were no speed guns but he looked so quick that day and got a lot of bounce. I also remember him troubling Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, and Virat Kohli with his bounce. There was an over in which Virat Kohli got hit on the body many times.

Nah Carlson is still here carrying drinks. But let's not open the Naqvi can of worms again.....

Anyway it's nice to see young Ali Hamid scoring some runs for Eagles on his debut innings (his actual debut two weeks ago was washed out).

50s for Welch, Wes and Faraz as well today in that match.

Sydney Murombo bowled well again for Rocks - I wish they'd give him a long consistent run in the side, I really rate him.

It is good that Parkinson has not ripped through our batsman after his first innings. Shows that our batters do have some ability.

I am very surprised to see how much Byrom and Welch have struggled this season. Welch has done OK but not the return that we would expect in terms of runs.
