I've said many times before that Craig is not a captain. We need someone with a tactical mind as captain. Unfortunately does not seem like we produce any of those.

We don't seem to train that as a skill from a young age. We just focus on being able to hit a ball and bowl fast. We need to get down to being tactical mindset with all positions
