Idk why he did not tell the number 11 to run the first ball he faced? Why swing the bat all the time, just leave it and start running? I guess nerves but all well for Scotland in the end.
The higher you go the cooler it becomes.

Unbelievable run chase!!! Ireland have themselves to blame, you cannot lose to Oman and Scotland and yet dream of playing the WC, although mathematically they are still in it.
Massive win for Scotland.

Something's gotta give soon. Ireland have made a mockery of this full membership thing. I'd say they either get booted, or replaced. From these matches its obvious that Scotland or even Oman should have been in Super League in their place

Ireland now must win against SL to have any hopes whatsoever, and if they do that it is a win-win for Zimbabwe. They take away 2 crucial Super Six points from SL (assuming they somehow qualify on NRR later), if they don't, well basically then we eliminate one strong contender without having to play them in the super 6s.

Is it all over for Ireland or are they this tournaments version of Afghanistan last time?
