Tremendous faith in Chatara. I don't agree with it at all.

Interesting comment about Rainsford re: Kaia and his inability to get off to a quick start. Makes me think Kaia might bat at three and Madhevere bats lower middle order.
Evans is way too much of a risk. Chatara the right call particularly as we are bowling first.
Chatara went at economy rates of 8.4 (Nepal), 10.2 (Netherlands), 5.4 (Windies) and 9.1 (Oman) in his last four games.
Those figures are absolute garbage and are indicative of a man either out of form or out of confidence.

If Evans is a risk then Chatara is a total liability.

I hope he gets it together today but it's a mindboggling selection.
Chatara has 110 wickets at 32. Evans has 13 wickets at 40.

Well he needs the new ball. Ngarava and Larry to open or I'm going on my first calming walk.

I'm happy with the team, exactly the team I wanted. Can't blame management for playing Chatara, he got wickets and this is too big a game to take a chance on Evans. At least from management's perspective.

The fact that Zim are bowling first gives me a lot of hope. We need early wickets though.
