He's been a good to very good player at times, but "legend"? He has the same number of international fiver-fers as Jongwe.

I'll second that. He's crossed the hundred wicket mark which is great but I don't rate him being a legen. Houghton, flower and perhaps Taylor are the ones who spring to mind as Zimbabwe cricket legends

Only 2 Zimbabwe pace bowlers have over 100 ODI wickets, so for Zimbabwe standards I’d say he’s a legend.
