Makoni is playing for Wise Owl. Turns 20 next month, finished school last winter if not the one before. Played in the 2022 U19 WC. And here he is captaining, keeping and opening the batting for a school side in a school comp? Genuine disgrace.

Churchill and St George's probably need to take some tips from their rugby coaches and do some age cheating in cricket as well Because their cricket sides are in huge decline....

Gladiators keep winning and this season it’s without Wes/Shumba/Munyonga/Madande who are all away.

I think they were unbeaten in last years NPL and there’s a chance they will be again. Team full of unheralded guys who don’t play franchise, almost all of them under 25. Surely one of the franchises should be having a look at some of these guys?
