It was a brief visit for Bawa. He’s gone back to uni

Curran needs to jog on, no room for passengers in the modern ZC. His brothers just turned up one day and were awesome from the offset, Ben’s no excuse. I can’t believe guys still talk him up when there is plenty of local black talent knocking at the door. There’s better choices than a murungu who couldn’t hack it in Pomgleterre.

Might as well look at Bennett, James, Schadendorf, the Campbells and the Welchs if you wanna look at the whites floating about. Ben didn't do enough last year to warrant a conversation. Barely 2-3 good innings. If he returns this season and smashes everything out of the park like candy then fair play to him. We can have a conversation then.

Additionally the new black u19 batters look really promising too. Might as well invest on them considering there's also a high percentage that remain in Zimbabwe. Saw Kamwemba bat the other day in one of the streams. Looked solid.

This season should be very competitive. Particularly ahead of the T20 Qualifiers.

Wonder if Ervine is still planning on playing International T20s.

Is Schadendorf still a prospect? He battered it to all parts back in the day but I was told he was very much limited as a player

Jayden? His brother always looked better tbh.

Jayden had a tough time living in England. It's nice to see him playing cricket in Zim. Interesting to see how he does in a full franchise season here. Good luck to him!

Ya he's a good player. Handy seamer too. Had back and side problems, but he's shed about 30 kilo and looks fit and strong.
