Mathew welch is another who will get better and better

He gets into good positions, but the bowlers are a bit intimidated by him. Needs some short stuff early on because he's not too keen on it short and quick and then just bowl top of 4th like to every other decent batter. They mix it up too much and he plunders.

I am not Zimbabwean so I don't know how it works . But suppose if passport is all ICC needs for a player to qualify . Can ZC request/recommend zimybwean government to issue him passport at the earliest? Sorry if this is a very dumb question
