What I like about the tuskers is that a lot of those players are actually from there. We need to actually check how many local players these teams have because as mentioned before, rivalries bring context. If they actually do add an extra team I would say they should add an extra team in Harare to create a rivalry.
How about a team at Vic falls.....

Ya 8 of the Tuskers today are local so that’s not bad

And 100% a sixth franchise would be Vic Falls

However the quality displayed on the streams so far in this Pro50 are highly alarming. Maybe we aren’t ready for another team.

Is there talk of another team?
Would have to be a Harare team.

Would they expect teams to drive to The Money Pit?

Would that also come under Tuskers territory? Considering they're called Matabeleland Tuskers

I'll say it again- The Money Pit will bankrupt Zim cricket.

If he is as good as his current stats are showing, why isn't he playing Shield cricket in Australia? We've had numerous good Australian and English professionals play in Zim over the years and they have not had the numbers he is currently producing.

I still think this is just an unbelievable rich vein of form and sooner or later his numbers will drop significantly. It's inexplicable that he could genuinely be of this standard but has never been given half a chance in either Pakistan or Australia.
Just embrace what he is doing , again it can only be good for the game. Coming up with reasons to bring him down is laughable.

Annoys me that each team is only playing 8 games. Plenty of time to play at least one more round to bring the total to 12.
