The whole thing is laughable. It’s got more momentum than Madande Mania or Melton Mania. Especially now randomers on the ZC Facebook page are on the bandwagon telling ZC to sort him a passport. Switched on this time to be fair to them. Usually they’re telling ZC to get some random completely ineligible English guy in the side if he’s come over and had a good Logan cup.

I’ll be very disappointed if we haven’t kicked up enough of a stir to get him to the World Cup next year!

ZC need to get their finger out and be streaming a game every match day! One fixed camera isn’t too much to ask yo.

Madande playing as just a batsmen again ffs. It's really embarrassing that our national keeper isn't wearing the gloves for the tuskers, just shows that he is isn't good enough.

He needs to be given the gloves in these games to improve his game, he will only keep making mistakes for the national team when he has no match practice.

Welch is the bomb hey, played less than half the List A games Wes has, has 2/3rds of the runs Wes does, his highest score is like 50 more than Wes and averages like 10 more than him. He says as he departs for 66

An odd decision for me is not selecting Matt Welch. Eagles will make the final, if they haven't already, won't have their national players because they'll be in Namibia and Welch Jr will possibly now be called up to play in the crunch game after having sat out 4 in a row when he was actually their leading run scorer. Thats a tough call and can backfire badly.
A few folk want to see Welch Jr and Welch Sr at the crease at the same time. It's not something you see every day.
