Re: Match thread: Board XI v PNCA
I can't remember where it was said (it has been noted in one of the topics) but ZC said Jarvis will play domestic cricket in 2009. Let's hope that is true.
Not a bad one-day squad, not sure how the batting will hold up, but a few decent bowlers there (Cremer, Mugochi, etc)

It is intersting to see that in your interview brmtaylor with joseph madyembwa he rates admire manyumwa as the best pace bowler in zimbabwe which took me by surprise, he must have alot of talent I hope he gets picked for the oneday games.

Re: Series thread: Board XI v PNCA
Another defeat, but a little bit more fight this time.
PNCA 213 from 49.3 overs, Muzarabani 10-2-38-4, Manyumwa 9.3-0-58-2, Musoso 7-0-23-1, Cremer 10-1-37-0, Maruma 7-0-32-1, Zhuwawo 6-0-23-2.
Zim 189 from 44.1 overs, Kasteni 12, Zhuwawo 41, Chibhabha 15, Mutizwa 13, Marumisa 6, Chakabva 0, Maruma 50, Cremer 17, Manyumwa 0, Musoso 8 & Muzarabani 17*, extras 10.
A bit of face saving by Maruma and Muzarabani with a 40 run last wicket partnership.
Great news to see Chamu Chibhabha playing again, although only as a batsman.

for kyle jarvis he is living now in south africa at the university of pretoria and he is playing rugby at this university he was in the zimbabwe under 20 squad in tunisia where zimbabwe lost the final against namibia for the next under 20 rugby world cup and I am not sure he will play cricket again.
Re: Series thread: Board XI v PNCA
hmm not good news but we shall see what happens
not the worst performance but i would like to see a few more fringe players play in the final match such as muperia, mpofu, dawbanga and rainsfod play
