I am hoping he plays mostly logan cup again this year. I feel his a good all format player.

He would replace Wes ...
He is a better all rounder than Wes at the 6th spot..
When Raza is not available he should slide in..
Welly is placeholder in Test because he doesnt take wicket in limited overs he is useful he can contain and not leak runs..
Wes a good feolder can be the 12th man and give Sean some rest..
