Looks like an Under 25s/A side is tour the UK again this year. These are the fixtures I have found so far.
Tue 15 July - Worcestershire 2nd XI (3 Day Friendly)
Tue 22 July - MCC (3 Day Friendly)
Mon 28 July - Middlesex 2nd XI (50 over)
Wed 30 July - Middlesex 2nd XI (50 over)
Zimbabwe Under 25s UK Tour (2025)
Re: Zimbabwe Under 25s UK Tour (2025)
This tour is starting in just over a weeks time. Anyone heard anything about a squad?
Re: Zimbabwe Under 25s UK Tour (2025)
I would assume with some of the games being midweek. Maybe some of the players already over there would have to be used.

25th July Sussex 2nd XI (50 over)
I'll be going to a couple of these games so woudl be very interested in the squad, coaching staff...assuming it's David Houghton in charge ?

Seems like there's no statement from ZC social media just like the previous year.

They've already missed the first game because they applied for visas 2 days before they were supposed to be flying out.
Re: Zimbabwe Under 25s UK Tour (2025)
This tour is a joke.
Zimbabwe are playing Worstershire 2nds today and this is the team. Basically just any one who is in the UK playing club cricket is playing, not a real "A" side at all.
TS Kamunhukamwe
LT Masunda
T Muchawaya
CC MacMillan†
M Campbell
A Ndlovu*
M Schonken
BN Evans
AT Falao
ET Bawa
R Mupfudza
BS Mudzinganyama
Do not be fooled by the likes of MacMillan and Schonken playing, this is just a load of guys who happen to be in the playing club cricket. Most of them are having very poor season such as Mupudza, Musunda and Mudzinganyama.

Re: Zimbabwe Under 25s UK Tour (2025)
Even though this is just a put to pieces type of XI, it's still nice to see Evans, Bawa and Schonken in a Zimbabwe side.
Evans is a serious cricketer. Very professional on how he goes about his business and is a winner. Doesn't like losing, at all. Has some pace too. He's bowled some fiery spells this season.
Schonken I know little about, other than the fact he gave it a real rip during that Under 19 CWC a few years ago. I believe he's at University over here so, there's time I suppose for him to give it a go. Still young.
Bawa I thought looked really good during that SA Emerging side series last year. Big lad and I believe has a strong head on his shoulders.
Shame that Matty Welch isn't in the mix
