This team selection blows my mind. Googly, what is the thought process picking Welch in Tests over his obviously preferred format?
Also, why the hell do they feel we can afford the luxury of just neglecting Williams from T20 selection? Other than the obvious reasons.

Nelch can play all formats. Just needs a clear head and not have to bat for his life every innings.
Everyone here in Zim except our selectors know he's a gun T20 player.
Williams doesnt really wsnt to play under Raza and they also want to blood youngsters with their 135th caps.
