Need a slip for Richie. Need a wicket. Doesn't matter how badly we lose from here.

Wes, Clive, Musekiwa and Munyonga need to go. They are not cut out for this.

Raza needs to bring a couple of fielders up to atop the singles. Do something different.

Polly is right. We can’t keep on coming back and playing bits and pieces cricket. Shit all the time.

Well he didnt quite say that, he said we couldn't continue to play bits and bobs and we now had experience and there were no real excuses.
We will always have excuses- social media is being mean, that has to be top of the list.

Wes is probably suited coming in at 4 in ODIs. Nowhere near a T20 player. I can’t remember the last time he hit a 6 hey. Bennet doesn’t seem like he’s any stronger, but he is just more calmer and confident and he just times it much better.

Raza wasn’t great with the bowlers today. 7th over could have been another pacer. Could have brought Richie back sooner for just an over. Can’t save him for the death when there might not be any death. Evan’s for Musekiwa really creates some balance.

I’d also have a look at Ben Curran to open in T20 as well. He can anchor, manipulate the ball for 1s and 2s whilst Bennet plays for boundaries, then Welch has to come in at 3, Burl at 4, Raza at 5, Marumani at 6, Evans at 7,(at least 6 guys who can clear the ropes, 1 anchor). Welly at 8, Maposa, Blessing and Ngarava.

I know sometimes 6s maybe hard to get but you just have to have guys who can clear bad balls for 6 batting, then we need in game management, tip and run for 1s and 2s in between. And all times ensuring the low order or new batsmen give the strike early to set batters.

I dont know why you or anyone else would suggest any other team than this one. This team is available to us.

Bennett
Welch
Knackers
Williams
BT
Raza
Burl
Higgins
Evans
Ngarava
Muzarabani

Can get this team together almost tomorrow. Higgins could probably bat ahead of Raza.
We dont have good enuf spinners to play a pure spinner.

We could get Muyeye, Byrom, Tom Curran and probably Cartwright back as well. If money is the issue we could put a halt to the Batonka stadium, stop paying aged Franchise players fancy money, sack administrators who have unknown jobs. Get a few million back from Metro and Bvute.
