Taylor just seems reluctant to play in front of square. You gotta be in fine touch to sweep a ball thats a foot or two short, most take power off and try and touch it. He's clearing a bit more to off so he can try and get it behind square where it's a more effective shot. Bennett's way of clearing to leg is a more effective way of dealing with it. He's just found a way, with a very ordinary technique of making runs.
These spinners are world class though.

He seems to be always waiting for a bad ball. That was good enough in his generation. Not anymore. I have no doubt he will contribute heavily in the other formats where has time. Just not this one

Granted Tashinga got some really good balls but one seriously needs to attack more. Zimbabwe seriously needs to play more domestic T20 games. We cant be recycling the same old players and hope to get a different result. Its will take a good bowling effort to defend 146 here.
