Holy shit, what a cricket shot. I had no idea Myers had this kind of enterprise in him. That was a serious cricket shot, followed by a gorgeous backfoot punch! Come on lads! We've garnered a lot of love and respect from the Indian fans in this tournament; let's go down fighting

Shouldn't be batting if that's the case. Although I guess one handed Raza is still better than whatever we've got left in the tank.brmtaylor.com admin wrote: ↑Mon Feb 23, 2026 4:09 pmI reckon he might have a broken hand. He was struck hard.
Another cracking shot by MyersDidn't know he had these shots in his repertoire. It would be timely if he came on as a batsman soon, we need a 30+ avg player at least to kind of cover the loss of Williams and Ervine.

Good point. A lot of pressure on the guys in the India game. More than just a WC game, a lot of eyes will be on the team that haven't seen them before. One good game against India could lead to franchise opportunities, IPL, etc.sloandog wrote: ↑Mon Feb 23, 2026 4:10 pmHoly shit, what a cricket shot. I agree. I also stopped watching IPL: too much dull boom boom cricketsecretzimbo wrote: ↑Mon Feb 23, 2026 4:02 pmI’m not just saying this because we are on the receiving end
But T20’s with tiny boundaries and pitches that are roads and where a team scores 200+ are incredibly dull. The matches in SL have been way more interesting.
This is why the IPL has been so unwatchable in the last couple of years.
