Looks like I was wrong, a lot of players of been flown in according to the Daily Nation in Kenya. The new squad:
Zimbabwe: Prosper Utseya (captain), Elton Chigumbura, Hamilton Masakadaza, Stuart Matsikengenyeri, Tawanda Mupanwa, Raymond Price, Edward Raisnford, Vismuzi Sibanda, Tatenda Taibu, Malcolm Walter, Sean Williams, Keith Dadagwa, Eward Painsford, Christopher Mpofu and Foster Muluzwa.
A few up and coming players in the squad, I'm looking forward to seeing how Matsikengenyeri plays. Mupanwa sounds promising, while I just can't help but think the combination of Edward Raisnford and Eward Painsford will be a great opening bowling attack despite not having the experienced Rainsford in the squad.

It looks like Malcolm Walter is replacing Waller, while unbelievably for the first time in history Dabengwa has been dropped. He has made way for Keith Dadagwa.

Vusi Sibanda has been dropped due to bad form only to be replaced by the suspiciously familiar sounding Vismuzi Sibanda. I'm not sure how he fooled the selectors with that, the fake moustache will surely fall off soon.

Hamilton Masakadza has been ousted too, replaced by Masakadaza.

Utseya, Chigumbura, Price, Taibu, Williams and Mpofu all retained their spots. Also unfortunate to miss out was Forster Mutizwa who has been replaced by his evil clone Foster Muluzwa.

I certainly did not expect this wholesale shake-up of the suqad for this series. Thanks to Daily Nation Kenya, our prayers are answered. :)

I agree that the combination of Edward Raisnford and Eward Painsford will be a great opening bowling attack, best since Heath Streak and Andy Blignaut. It's a pity Barry Grunt is not in the squad as first change. Never mind, Tawanda Mupanwa should fill his boots.

PS: Seriously, I did not expect something like this from Kenyan Media. I would have accepted it from Asian Media, but not from the next-door neighbours :(

who is Eward Painsford, how good is he?
12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

We don't want to hype-up these players too much, there is a lot of pressure on them to perform. Most of them haven't even played club cricket.

Having said that I think Eward Painsford is the next Dennis Lillee.

Try some of the links on this page - http://digg.com/other_sports/Kenya_Vs_Z ... ch_Mombasa - and let us know if any work.

To be honest, I would be very surprised if there is a camera crew there. Even Cricinfo commentary looks unlikely.

In Cricinfo speak, that means they can't find a stream either :)
